The Management & Peer-to-Peer Roundtable Program provides structured discussion groups of no more than 15 business executives, owners, leaders, and professionals from non-competing organizations. The same group of participants gather in person each month in a confidential setting to discuss issues impacting their business with a trusted group of peers. Roundtable groups are for strategy and best practice sharing and are not a platform for promoting your business.

Current Table Options

• Small Business: Small Businesses, Startup Businesses, New Entrepreneurs, and Businesses with fewer than 10 employees & less than $250,000 annual revenue.
• CEO: CEO, Non-Profit Executive Directors, General Managers, etc. from organizations with 10+ employees & $250,000+ annual revenue.
• Executive/Senior Leadership:  Executive Leadership Team Members, VPs, Directors, Senior Managers, etc.
• Healthcare: Healthcare related business owners, providers, and key decision makers from healthcare organizations.
• Future Leaders: Business professionals 35 years of age or younger.
• Accounting/Finance: CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, Directors of Accounting, etc.
• Marketing: VPs of Marketing, Directors of Marketing, Marketing Managers, etc.
• Diversity Practitioners: Executive Leaders, Business Owners, HR Professionals, etc. with responsibility for the DEI initiatives for their organization.
• Sales Leadership: VPs of Sales, Directors of Sales, Sales Managers (individuals with direct leadership and oversight of the sales team for their organization).

Enrollment

Enrollment is ongoing, and participants can be placed throughout the year. Priority will be given in the order the applications are received. The cost of participation is $150 for the 12-month program year that runs February – January annually.  Payment will be processed upon placement. Fees are prorated on a quarterly basis for placements after the start date.  Placements are not guaranteed and are made based on industry and seat availability.

At this point we have only had our first roundtable, however it was a great opportunity to get to know others in the community who are also looking for contacts and ways to improve themselves and their business.  Beyond getting to know one another we were able to discuss what made 2023 great and what we want to do better in 2024.  I feel that when I have time to spend with others like this I am able to learn about myself as well and look for ways to be the best version of me that I can.
