Roundtables
Roundtable Testimonials: "I have been involved in a CEO Roundtable for over 8 years and have found it an immensely valuable resource for information and decision-making guidance. Meeting periodically with trusted CEO's from other successful companies provides fresh ideas, different viewpoints and valuable input on problems and strategies you might currently be evaluating within your business. I would encourage any CEO seeking to improve their company's success to seriously consider joining a CEO Roundtable here in Northwest Ottawa County."
Steven P. Moreland, President 'The HR Roundtable is an absolutely great forum to share experiences, concerns, find possible solutions, and gather ideas to take back to your workplace. There is no way to palce a value on the amount of knowledge available from the HR professionals around the table..a meeting I actually look forward to!" Carol Kirchner, Director of HR "The HR Roundtable is a valuable resource for me and I utilize it often. When a question arises and we want to benchmark other companies, I get a very quick response about what other companies are doing. The monthly meetings are informative and educational. I highly recommend this group." Cindy Moe, H R Manager "The informal network is what I like best about the HR Roundtable. There's no need to "re-invent the wheel" - when I email the group, there is always a fast and helpful response, and I help others this way as well. The monthly meetings and the legal updates/reviews are invaluable sources of information that help me stay up-to-date." Roundtables provide a forum to share ideas and solve common problems in a confidential environment. Groups are currently available for CEO's/Executives, HR Managers, and personnel involved in Lean Manufacturing. Each Roundtable is made up of a diverse network of companies, and every effort is made to avoid placing competitors in the same group. Participants are required to make a one year commitment, and each Roundtable is free to decide how often they will meet along with their meeting format.
